Interviewing professionals about the digital products they use

​I recruited 8 professionals to interview. These professionals included a nurse, a fabrication shop worker, and an engineer. I chose these professionals (specifically, professionals outside the print industry) because customers using an onboarding process may not necessarily be familiar with the print industry. I synthesized my findings into two customer journey maps.
